Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean with no horrible perfume smells, and despite overlooking a lively square, it was surprisingly quiet at night. However, there was some noise from the traffic. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, close to all the major attractions. The dining experience could use a bit more variety, but the Mediterranean dishes were delightful. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and offered a good view of the surroundings, although being next to the lift was a bit noisy at times. The service was excellent, with the staff being very pleasant and always ready to help. The location couldn't have been better, with a variety of food options within walking distance and easy access to the city center and cultural hotspots. The dining experience was decent, although it could have been more diverse given the hotel's rating. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel has a nice view of the mountains, but the rooms are very small and dingy with old furniture. They offered just two complimentary very small bottles of water, which is inadequate for the hot Spain summer.
The hotel rooms were extremely dark and small, giving off a lugubrious vibe with a filed and dirty old carpet. However, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the rooms felt completely new and spacious. The lack of lighting was a downside.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The room offered a balcony view of the main street below and was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The only downside was that it was a bit dark and cramped. The bathroom was clean and beautiful, adding to the overall comfort.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an excellent balcony view, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the warm morning sun. The service was top-notch, from preparing a picnic breakfast to enjoying the roof bar. The central location was ideal for exploring Granada, though slightly distant from the Alhambra. The dining experience was good but could have offered more variety. Overall, a great value for money option with fantastic amenities.
I must say, the family room at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was large and super comfy, and the bathroom was lovely, especially with the walk-in shower. However, it looked a bit different than in the pictures. The hotel is a great find for families looking for a cozy and spacious room.
The hotel rooms were ready when we arrived, overlooking a vibrant square yet silent at night. However, the late availability after 5pm was frustrating after a long journey. The rooms only offered two very small complimentary bottles of water, which was below expectations for the hot Spain summer.
The hotel was situated right in the center of Granada, offering a convenient location for exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, the rooms were a bit dark and outdated, overlooking an inner courtyard, which made keeping the window open less comfortable. The dining options were good but lacked variety.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a good view and huge bathrooms. The quiet environment ensured peaceful nights, even though adjusting the room temperature was not an option. The only downside was being provided with only two tiny complimentary water bottles during the hot summer in Spain.
The hotel was perfectly located near the city center and all major attractions. The rooms were spacious, with a balcony view of the main street, but noise from traffic and adjoining rooms could be bothersome. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff offering assistance. The dining experience was good, though more variety would have been appreciated. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room, with its huge bed and electronic toilet, was excellent, probably the best family room I have ever had, although it was different than in the picture with some older equipment. The room was large and had a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the front, offering a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.
